With over 100-types of arthritis, we understand that Triumph may not be for everyone. We do, however, want you to give it time to work on your hands. Our health professions recommend starting with a minimum of 14 sessions per week per hand (two per day). Most people will have measurable improvement in the first week. To maintain the benefit, Triumph must be used each day.
Any device which was purchased directly through Triumph LTD is eligible for a refund within the first 60 days, starting from the date of delivery. Prior to returning, please call us to speak with an experienced customer support representative, 218-851-6038. Our customer support hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM hours a day, Monday through Friday. When returning your Triumph device, please include a copy of your receipt and a note explaining the reason for return. Once returned, please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to issue back to your method of payment. Please note that only orders placed directly through Triumph are eligible for the money back guarantee.
Shipping fees on orders placed and shipped are non-refundable.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Triumph-LTD products (“Products”) are warranted in accordance with the applicable limited warranty below (“Warranty”). The Warranty is effective only upon payment in full for the Product(s) to be warranted, extends only to the original Buyer, and my not be transferred to third parties.
TRIUMPH-LTD warrants each Hand Therapy Device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 years from date of invoice. This warrantee is voided if the plastic housing is opened or the power supply is modified by the consumer.
Service Parts Warranty: Triumph-LTD will repair or replace any unit found to be defective, determination to be done by the factory. Triumph-LTD warrants that Services performed by them will be performed in a professional manner consistent with good industry practice, and that all Triumph-manufactured replacement parts (including remanufactured parts) supplied in connection with the Services will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in each case for ninety (90) days following completion of the Services.
